| Biographical Information:
Virginia D. Prihoda serves clients
in the greater Chicago area. Her practice is concentrated in the
areas of estate planning, probate, tax controversies and federal
taxation.
Virginia received her B.S. degree from
Northwestern University, and her law degree (Juris Doctor) from
Chicago-Kent College of Law. Before commencing the practice of
law, Virginia was an IRS Revenue Officer and an IRS Revenue
Agent and obtained her CPA certificate from the University of
Illinois. |
